Admission Procedure

At Mountain View Academy, the admission process is simple, transparent, and student-friendly. Admissions are open for classes Pre-KG to Class VIII, based on seat availability and eligibility.

Steps to Apply

Enquiry & Campus Visit

Interested parents can visit the school office or contact us to know more about the curriculum, facilities, and available classes.

Issuance of Application Form

Application forms can be collected from the school office during working hours or downloaded online (if applicable).

Confirmation & Fee Payment

Upon selection, parents will receive an admission confirmation. Admission will be secured only after payment of the prescribed fees within the given time frame.

Interaction / Assessment
  • For Pre-KG to UKG, an informal interaction with the child and parents is conducted.
  • For Class I and above, a written entrance test and personal interaction may be held to assess academic readiness.
Submission of Application

Duly filled-in application forms must be submitted along with the required documents listed below.

Documents Required

Parents must submit self-attested copies of the following documents at the time of admission:

  • Birth Certificate (Issued by Municipal Authority)
  • Aadhar Card of the student
  • Transfer Certificate (T.C.) from the previous school (for Class I and above)
  • Previous Year’s Report Card / Mark Sheet (if applicable)
  • Passport Size Photographs – 4 copies of the student
  • Photographs of Parents/Guardians – 1 each
  • Community Certificate (if applicable)
  • Medical Fitness Certificate (for certain classes or as requested)
  • Address Proof of Parent/Guardian (Aadhar Card / Ration Card / Electricity Bill)

Admission is subject to seat availability, age eligibility, and successful completion of the selection process. The school reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning reasons.
