Mountain View Academy provides safe, reliable, and well-supervised transport facilities to ensure students reach the school and return home in a timely and secure manner. Our fleet of buses and vans operate on predefined routes, covering key locations to serve the needs of our student community.
To maintain efficiency, safety, and fairness in operations, the following rules must be strictly observed by all students and parents availing of the school transport services:
Buses and vans will operate strictly on pre-approved routes. Requests for route diversions or additional stops cannot be entertained under any circumstances.
The school vehicles will operate only on main and broad roads. They will not enter narrow lanes or by-lanes due to safety and accessibility concerns.
Students must not damage or mark the bus seats, upholstery, or interiors in any manner. Any willful damage will invite disciplinary action and recovery of costs.
In case a student does not use the transport service for part of a month, the full month’s fee will still be applicable. There will be no pro-rata adjustments.
Transport fees are to be paid term-wise in advance, collected along with the regular school fees.
Once paid, the bus fee is non-refundable, non-adjustable, and non-transferable, regardless of usage or withdrawal.
