Withdrawals Policy

Withdrawals Policy

Voluntary Withdrawals
  • Students withdrawing in the middle of the academic year, regardless of reason, must pay the school fee for the entire academic year.
  • A Transfer Certificate (T.C.) will be issued only upon receiving a written request in the prescribed application form, duly signed by the parent/guardian.
  • A minimum of 7 working days’ written notice* is required for processing withdrawals.
  • The T.C. will be issued only if all dues, including school fees and other charges, are cleared in full.
Withdrawals Under Compulsion

The school reserves the right to compulsorily withdraw a student under the following circumstances:

  • Chronic fee defaulters who fail to clear outstanding dues despite repeated reminders may be removed from the rolls, and parents will still be liable to pay the balance amount.
  • A student who fails (detained) once during the orientation period may be retained. However, any subsequent academic failure will lead to compulsory withdrawal with no exceptions or relaxation.
  • The Principal reserves the right to request the withdrawal of any student whose conduct, behavior, or influence is deemed detrimental to the values, discipline, or learning environment of the school.
